17 à 20 paper cup size S.
- 125 gr. Coconut
- 125 gr. Sugar
- 2 Small eggs
Pre heat the oven to 170 °C.
Lay the paper cup on a baking tray.
Put all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix with a wooden spoon until it is combined.
Roll the dough into balls and put each in a paper cup.
Bake the balls for 15 - 20 minutes, when the tips of the balls are lightly brown.
Let your coconut balls cool till they’re save to eat and enjoy!
Make sure cookies cool completely before storing. Store them at room temperature in an air-tight container. It is very nice to store it in glass cookies jar.
