So simple So tasty - this cake is very easy to make, well suggested if only we have delicious oranges.
18cm. round cake will give you 6 Party size slices

Small and large bowl
- X gr. 4 Eggs - weigh it
- X gr. white sugar [the same weight of the four eggs]
- Half X white flour [ half of the weight]
- Mix baking powder with the flour. [ 4 gr. baking powder for each 120-gr. flour]
- Grate one orange
- Squeeze one orange
- 1 teaspoon olive oil in order to oil the bake form
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Separate the eggs. Put the yolks in a small bowl. Whip the whites and sugar in a large bowl, large enough to hold the expanding whites which increases 6 - 8 times in volume. Beat the whites to stiff peaks.
Add the flour & baking powder to the stiff whites and with a spatula fold in gently. Add the yolk, orange juice & zest, fold in until the ingredients are combined.
Pour the mixture to the oiled bake form and put in the 'lower second of the oven and reduce the temperature to 160 degrees Celsius. Bake it for 40 minutes [160 degrees] and test with a toothpick into the center of the cake. When it's fully baked, there won't be any wet batter on it.
The same recipe can be in back form size 24 cm. Therefore, we have to double the ingredients
