Check in from 12:00 until 20:00 (or other hours if informed by phone well in advance). Check out by 12:00.
Prepayment: An amount of €40.- will be charged on the day of booking. The rest of the price of the reservation will be charged at least 10 days prior to arrival. Cancellation: If a reservation is cancelled up to 10 days before the date of arrival, a fixed amount of €40.- could be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of a no-show €40.- will be charged. Early departures will still be charged 100% for any nights remaining.
I need to feel confident with every reservation. You will therefore be requested to send via email a copy of your identification card. It can be a passport, a driving license, etc.
Maximum stay of 12 nights.
A deposit of €40 .-- will be charged. The guest is required to make a transaction of €40.-- ten days prior to arrival day. The guest is responsible for all damage done either by accident, negligence or abusive use, to the rented rooms or the present equipment. It is the guest’s responsibility to leave the studio at its perfect state, clean and unscarred as it was. At the end of your stay, provided no damage has been inflicted, I will obviously refund you the full deposit immediately.
The temperature in the studio is normally 26°C - 28 °C during the summer and 22 °C - 24 °C in winter.
Dear Guest, my hospitality is characterized in my own personal philosophy. Vegetarian food, give up alcohol and meat, a daily bodily activity, a good night sleep, listen to silence and following every new movement in the yard of my home (tractor from the village, dogs, lizards, owls and jackals). Such a serenity will make you happier and calm you down 😊

Geranium studios are situated in a rural area in the Peloponnese. Animals common in nature include jackals, snakes, wasps and various other insects. As with all rural/nature vacations in Greece, care should be taken to keep doors and windows closed and to look where you set your foot while walking so as to avoid stepping on such animals.
