A light and comfortable room on the ground floor including a small private terrace and garden. The studio is smoke-free.
The temperature in the studio is normally 23-24 °C. During your stay, it may rise to 25-26 °C because of your presence in the room.
Check in from 14:00 until 20:00 (or other hours if informed by phone well in advance). Check out by 11:00.
Prepayment: A fixed amount of CHF 42.- will be charged on the day of booking. The rest of the price of the reservation will be charged at least 10 days prior to arrival. Cancellation: If a reservation is cancelled or modified up to 10 days before the date of arrival, a fixed amount of CHF 42.- will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of a no-show, 110.- CHF will be charged. Early departures will still be charged 100% for any nights remaining.
I need to feel confident with every reservation. You will therefore be requested to send via email a copy of your identification card. It can be a passport, a driving license, etc.
For stay longer than 5 nights a cleaning fee of CHF 42.-- will be charged.
A deposit of 80 .-- CHF will be charged. The guest is required to make a transaction of 80.-- CHF ten days prior to arrival day. The guest is responsible for all damage done either by accident, negligence or abusive use, to the rented rooms or the present equipment. It is the guest’s responsibility to leave the studio at its perfect state, clean and unscarred as it was. At the end of your stay, provided no damage has been inflicted, I will obviously return you the full deposit of 80 CHF immediately.
